Reach For The Sky was a social campaign launched to drive awareness amongst Internet Users about the online gender gap in India and how they can help empower a woman by helping her to use the Internet.
The campaign was launched in partnership with MARD, an initiative started by UN Women Goodwill Ambassador for South Asia and Actor-film maker-singer Farhan Akhtar. It also saw some of India’s leading celebrities pledge their support for the campaign to help bring more women online.
As a part of the campaign we released 'Chulein Aasman', a song on women empowerment and equality. The song has music composed by Salim Suleiman and vocals by Farhan Akhtar. The music video highlights Helping Women Get Online champions and how they have benefitted from the Internet in their lives.
